Rebate tiers (Apr 1, 2026 – Mar 31, 2027): Homes ≤ $1,000,000 receive a full 13% rebate (max $130,000). Homes $1,000,001–$1,500,000 receive a flat $130,000 rebate. Homes $1,500,001–$1,850,000 phase out linearly from $130,000 down to $24,000. Homes above $1,850,000 receive the standard $24,000 Ontario provincial rebate only.
